We collect information you provide during account registration (name, email, billing address), payment information processed through our payment providers, and technical data necessary for service delivery (IP addresses, server logs).
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process payments, communicate about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Account data is stored securely in our systems. Customer server data is stored exclusively on the customer's provisioned infrastructure in our Bucharest datacenter. We do not access or monitor customer server contents.
4. Data Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal compliance. Server data is securely wiped within 72 hours of service termination.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, please open a support ticket via our client portal.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and site functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
