Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: distribution of malware or ransomware, unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing, mass unsolicited email (spam), hosting of illegal content under Romanian and EU law, cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization, and DDoS attack origination.
2. Resource Usage
While all plans include unmetered bandwidth, services must not be used in a manner that degrades network performance for other customers. Sustained abuse of shared resources may result in throttling or service suspension.
3. Network Abuse
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with network services, including but not limited to IP spoofing, route hijacking, or amplification attacks, is grounds for immediate account termination.
4. Content Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content hosted on their servers. Voxa.host does not monitor customer content but will respond to valid legal requests and DMCA notifications.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, service suspension, or immediate termination depending on severity. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect our network and other customers.
