Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: distribution of malware or ransomware, unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing, mass unsolicited email (spam), hosting of illegal content under Romanian and EU law, cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization, and DDoS attack origination.
2. Resource Usage
Bandwidth is unmetered on every plan, in both directions: there is no transfer cap, no fair use threshold, no throttling after a set volume and no overage charge. Sustained high traffic, including VPN, proxy, streaming and CDN traffic running around the clock, is normal use; your plan's port speed is the only limit. We act only on abuse, such as attack traffic that degrades the network for other customers.
3. Reselling and VPN Services
You may resell our services and run commercial services on them, including selling VPN subscriptions to your own customers, on any VPS or dedicated server. No special licence, product or written approval is needed. Keep access authenticated (unauthenticated open proxies are not allowed), and handle abuse reports about your customers' traffic promptly; you remain responsible for how your customers use the service.
4. Network Abuse
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with network services, including but not limited to IP spoofing, route hijacking, or amplification attacks, is grounds for immediate account termination.
5. Content Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content hosted on their servers. Voxa.host does not monitor customer content but will respond to valid legal requests and DMCA notifications.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, service suspension, or immediate termination depending on severity. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect our network and other customers.
